Functional Lab review ($250) ***New service***
Reviewing lab values from a functional perspective can provide insight into what is happening in your body before values are out of range in the conventional medical model. Often your labs may be “within” range or “normal” per your Western Medicine model of care, but you still feel that something is not right. When reviewing labs from a functional perspective there is a much more narrow range of “optimal.” By focusing in on a narrow optimal range we can see trends occurring for any values that are outside of optimal range.
When purchasing this option you can expect a detailed written out explanation of all labs that are outside of the optimal range. This includes a written up summary of consistent themes seen throughout.

Initial visit (90 Minutes) $500
The focus of functional medicine is to get to the root cause of your health concern. This takes time. Your first visit will be 1.5 hours long, because there is a lot to discuss. We start with a detailed history, going back to the beginning when you were in utero. We will walk through your life history (not just health history). We find that many health problems correlate with life events. We will then discuss your goals of treatment and if any labs or supplements are needed (many times they are not.) We will also create an individualized plan for success, to reach your goals.
Prior to this visit you will need to complete an extensive intake form, the purpose of this is to visit your past history so that the Nurse Coach can review prior to the initial visit. You should also plan to provide two years of previous lab results. It is required that you are working with a primary care provider and that you have been seen in the past one year.
At the completion of this visit you can expect to receive a care plan with a clear path towards reaching your health goals.
NEW** You will receive two full weeks of coaching from the nurse coach with follow-up and reminders. This includes a 2-week follow up visit with the nurse coach (at a $100 value).
To help you achieve success you will also receive a gratitude journal and a tub of magnesium to jumpstart your healing journey
Follow up visits (30 Minutes) $100 per session
Follow up visits are used to discuss any questions or concerns you may have regarding your individualized plan. We will also discuss the progress you’ve made towards your goals.
We will discuss follow up options that will best help you reach your health goals. Included in follow up visits is direct messaging with the nurse coach via the Practice Better platform.
We also have options of close follow up including using third party integrations with Garmin, Apple health, Oura, and Fitbit to help you reach your health goals.
